Lower body stability, power, mobility of hip are always be the topic in terms of training. Under which condition we need them? Which one goes first? What's the sequence? Can we have them all?
In this course, you will understand how the hip works with core as well as the rest of lower limb muscles. They work together independently, synergistically, & antagonistically.
Session will be conducted in Cantonese.

Kieron is our Education Director and a movement master. His understanding of human movement and functional anatomy are the secret sauce adding flavor to all we do.
