是次工作坊我們將使用Theragun按摩槍，介紹如何正確使用按摩槍來達致不同效果，以及常見錯誤使用方法。透過不同的應用方式體驗震動療法的好處，感受Theragun按摩槍與眾不同的過人之處。

運動表現教練及動態治療師，經常協助運動員改善痛症問題。熟悉多項運動的Coach Ivan擅於把複雜的動作拆解並以簡單易明的教學令各位運動員得到進步。
Ivan is our Youth and Community Leader and a speed specialist. An Ironman triathlete with multi-sport athletic background.
