How will you bill me?

We offer both monthly and term billing. Depending on what option you choose, your subscription will be renewed at the end of each month or at the end of each term. If you choose to pay term, you will receive additional discounts and will need to make a full payment at the time of enrollment.

Can I change or cancel my plan later on?

Yes. You can change your option with 30 days notice and can upgrade or downgrade your plan.  Please note this may affect any additional discounts you receive on premium content or courses.

What is your refund policy?

Monthly memberships are billed for one additional month and you will have valid access to the end of that period.
Term membership (Paid in Full) are generally non-refundable but you may contact us to explain your situation. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Please note any discounted events or programs may be charged at full price once a cancellation has been processed.

Can I get access to only one class on it's own?

Yes. However we are growing a community for coaches and create the most value for our regular academy and EDU members. You are welcome to purchase separate courses as you like but hope you will make the commitment to join our regular membership and gain the greatest benefits.

How do I access my program?

Once you’ve signed up for a program, just login with the password you chose when you signed up. You’ll see all your programs right there on your member dashboard.
