How will you bill me?

Our subscriptions are renewal based short term billing in quarterly installments or offered as an annual plan. Your subscription will be renewed at the end of each term. All subscription plans are considered paid in full for the period of enrollment. If you would like to stop future billings please cancel your subscription through your Account page.

Can I change or cancel my plan later on?

You may cancel your plan and stop future billings through your Account Page. Please note we cannot accept any cancellation requests by phone, messenger app or email.  
If multiple plan options are available you may request a change to your existing plan by contacting our customer service team at info@aqstrong.com.

What is your refund policy?

Term membership (Paid in Full) paid in quarterly or annual installments are non-refundable, non-transferable once payment has been processed and the period started. 
Please note any discounted events or programs may be charged at full price once a cancellation has been processed.

Can I get access to only one class on it's own?

Yes. However we are growing a community for coaches and create the most value for our regular academy and Coaches Club members. You are welcome to purchase separate courses as you like but hope you will make the commitment to join our regular membership and gain the greatest benefits.

How do I access my program?

Once you’ve signed up for a program, just login with the password you chose when you signed up. You’ll see all your programs right there on your member dashboard.
