Victor Rowse
Founder of Warrior Flow Academy

Victor Rowse, a prominent wellness writer and clubbell coach based in Beijing, is the author of The Limitless Body and a lululemon ambassador with a following of over 500,000 and 50 million views worldwide.

With over two decades in the fitness industry, he began his career with an ISSA certification in 1999, followed by a Master Trainer certification from the Australian Institute of Fitness in 2011, and holds RKC, Tacfit, and Crossfit certifications.

Since founding his personal training business in 2012, Victor has trained celebrities like Yao Chen and Li Jian, producing workout videos and enhancing clients’ functional fitness.

His expertise in clubbell training, a cornerstone of his coaching, emphasizes dynamic strength and mobility. A Hong Kong native and Oxford graduate, Victor is also a former rugby player, representing Hong Kong at the Under 19 level. His second book is slated for release in Q2 2025.
