AQ Strong Coaches are going to introduce the common movements in weight training (Deadlift & Squat) and the techniques to it. You will be familiar with and confident to perform the movements after this training.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • This package is only available to individuals who have not held any SPC memberships with AQ Strong in the past 12 months (including class packs and SPC In-Season memberships).
  • The package must be activated within 14 days of purchase.
  • Class credits are valid for 1 month from the first session. No extensions will be granted.
  • Cancellation Policy: Class bookings must be canceled at least 6 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a deducted credit.
  • The package is non-refundable, and class credits are non-transferable.
  • Top-Up Option: Additional sessions can be purchased at $200 per session within the package validity period.
