Meet the instructor

Edward CHING

Mobility and S&C Coach

I have been in the fitness industry for 10+yrs. I remember the exact moment i found my interest in mobility training during my first encounter of my coaching journey, where no matter what cues i gave my client, their body just wasn’t able to do the exercise prescribed. This started my rabbit hole into my exploration/study into flexibility, mobility, anatomy and biomechanics of the body. I would love to share my thoughts and my go to of how to get someone from rehab to competing.
