The Rotational Movement Training® (RMT) Certification Course offers a comprehensive approach to functional fitness, focusing on rotational strength, power, and fluidity.

We will teach you essential concepts and newly developed training techniques including Coiling Core® training, Limit Force Elastic® training, bilateral torsion training, Non-Dominant Side Training®, and more. You will learn how to utilize these essential training concepts and techniques using WeckMethod's ProPulse® Speed Trainers, WM Resistance Bands, and RMT® Rope which come included with the Rotational Movement Training®. 


We will focus on Rotational Strength, Power, and Fluidity Training using the RMT® Club to enhance movement expression and its seamless application to other tools like dumbbells and kettlebells. You'll gain a deep understanding of Torsional Principles (Internal & External) with the BOSU® Elite, integrating these concepts effortlessly into training.

This course is packed with innovative movement, skill development, programming, and application, empowering you to become a better coach and help others achieve their goals—whether in athletic performance (land, air, or sea), general health, or future fitness pursuits.

You MUST HAVE completed Live or Online Rotational Movement Training Instructor Course (RMTS) prior to attend WeckMethod Qualification

Concepts You Will Learn

ROTATIONAL MOVEMENT TRAINING®

This style of training is the expression from one side to the other, or as we commonly say, from coil to coil.

Mastering this style of movement is essential in achieving optimum human performance.

COILING CORE TRAINING®

This style of training focuses on one side bend at a time through the use of a rotational isometrics we refer to as coiling.

This concept allows us to deepen and strengthen our understanding of our fullest range of rotation and use it to educate the intent of our other training methods.

BILATERAL TORSION TRAINING®

This style of training is when side bending or coiling is not an option, but rotational principles still need be applied.

Think of the standing broad jump, butterfly stroke, traditional powerlifts, kipping pullups, etc.

RMT CERTIFICATION

Upon completion of the Rotational Movement Training® Course, you will be well on your way to implementing WeckMethod products and movement strategies into both your client training programs and your own.

It also prepares you for our more in-depth 2-day training “The Weckmethod Qualification Course” or WMQ.

ANDREW Martinez

WeckMethod’s Sports Programming Director, Andrew leads workshops and instructor courses across the U.S. and internationally teaching Rotational Movement Training and WeckMethod Training techniques to boost athletic performance.

He also founded Built Well™ For Birth, adapting WeckMethod’s principles to empower expectant mothers through online courses, supporting pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery with evidence-based fitness to enhance maternal confidence and reduce birthing complications.
