唔少人認識舉重都只係透過奥運,但呢項運動近年越見普遍,亦有更多研究證明舉重動作有效增強運動員嘅表現,包括:

- 提升垂直跳及增強式訓練上嘅表現
- 增強速度與爆發力

你會喺呢個工作坊中嘗試到奧林匹克舉重中三個最常見嘅入門動作 - 高抓、高翻、以及寛上拉。

Coach Alvin將會扼要講解舉重技巧及其應用,令初學者都可以快速掌握到當中竅妙,親身體驗奥林匹克舉重對運動表現帶來嘅改變。你都可以嘗試應用工作坊學到嘅技巧喺日常訓練之中!

The weightlifting movements have been heavily researched within the field of athletic development. They have been found to enhance:

• Vertical jump and plyometric ability 
• Power and strength developments

You'll learn three of the most commonly used weightlifting movements for increasing power production- the power snatch, power clean, and the snatch high pull.

The focus of this workshop is to provide you the tools to learn the lifts without spending hours and hours to practice with a PVC pipe. So you could incorporate it in your training straight away!
