PERFORMANCE SERIES FOR COACHES

Are you responsible for the coaching, preparation or performance of athletes?
Then this AQ Strong Performance Series is for you!
WHY WE MADE THIS SERIES?
We know the challenge many coaches face in Hong Kong.

It is challenging to get access to adequate training facilities, don’t have a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach or maybe you are doing the conditioning for your team but feel you could use a little more guidance on the best way to do it.
We are here to support the entire athletic community, which includes Coaching and Sports Leadership staff.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This program is geared towards Sports Coaches and is not designed for Personal Trainers or Fitness Industry professionals. The topics will be directly relevant for athletes that take the field, court or pitch.

We welcome all sports and any level of coaches including team managers and leaders. If you are working with athletes in Hong Kong, come and connect with us!
